我能不能在我的網頁上放我自己製作的地圖供人下載？

我能不能翻譯你們的網站成為其他語言，並放在其他網站中？

不行。這樣的情況會讓我們的顧客感到混淆，我們也無法控制品質、精確性和內容。

我能不能製作 Blizzard Entertainment遊戲的資料版？我們出售它們嗎？

我們不允許暗黑破壞神的外掛程式或是資料片。你可能製作並發行星海爭霸的自製地圖，只要是私人、非商業性就沒問題。任何這一類的地圖或是戰役，都必須遵從我們附在每個產品中的 End User License Agreements。

我能不能出售或是為其他包括網際網路上的地圖、外掛程式或是戰役的光碟片索價？

不行。

我能不能以你們的遊戲來撰寫小說、畫面或是劇本般的產品？

不行。 Blizzard Entertainment保留這些延伸產品在其他媒體之下的權利。我們必須為我們的顧客提供持續性的故事和時空，而且想要確保它的高品質、官方授權以及我們創造出來人物和其他創意的權利。

我能不能從你們的遊戲得到授權，製作資料片、小說、電影或是其他產品？

不幸的，Blizzard Entertainment不能接受自發性的點子或是提案。我們無法接受這一類的提案。

我能不能用你們的遊戲中的音樂、音效或是人物？

我們很感謝顧客們的創意和精力。你可以使用我們在遊戲中提供的音樂、音效和人物，但是只能用在個人和創意的發展上。你不能出售或是發行商業意圖的東西，使用任何遊戲相關的東西，都必須受到每一個遊戲中End User License Agreement的限制。

我能不能轉換你們的遊戲？

可以。我們看過許多精彩而有趣的轉換，只要遵從我們遊戲中的End User License Agreement，而且不侵犯到著作權、商標和其他權利。

我能針對你們的遊戲撰寫或是發行破解或是作弊的功能嗎？

不行。 Blizzard Entertainment在任何情況之下，者不支援或是接受使用或是發行這些作弊碼。

我能開個Battle.net的伺服器嗎？

不行。 Blizzard Entertainment目前不接受這樣的要求。如果這個政策日後有所改變，我們會在網站上另行公佈。

Blizzard Entertainment是否允許或是支援其他類似Battle.net的伺服器？我能不能自行管理這類的伺服器？

不行，Blizzard Entertainment不支援或是接受旗下的產品在Battl.net以外的伺服器上面執行。特別在於不能主控或是提供一個相似的通訊協定環境，讓其他人連上這個伺服器。
